Bloom Holding launches all-inclusive community with over 4,000 homes in Abu Dhabi
Real estate development company, Bloom Holding, has announced the launch of Bloom Living, an all-inclusive community located in Abu Dhabi.
Built over an area of 2.2 million sqm, the gated community will feature more than 4,000 homes, including villas, townhouses, and apartments . The project fuses traditional Spanish design with contemporary finishing’s with Phase 1 of the community named Cordoba after the Andalusian city.
The community’s Town Centre will feature a plaza with several F&B and retail outlets for residents and visitors; a healthcare clinic and several other amenities, while Bloom Living will also be home to two international schools. Residents will benefit from recreational activities and facilities suitable for all energy levels – from yoga, linear and agro parks to swimming pools and gyms. Meanwhile, dedicated dog parks will also be available.
Bloom Living will be built in various phases and Cordoba, Phase 1 of Bloom Living is scheduled for completion in Q4 2024. Sales will commence for a total of 257 town homes and detached villas within the Cordoba neighbourhood with units ranging from two-and three-bedroom townhouses and sizes ranging from 150 sqm to 170 sqm. There will also be a range of three- to six- bedroom detached villas from 250 sqm to 515 sqm. Prices start from Dhs1.5m, with available payment plans.
